A Day in the Life: Emeryville Infant Community

Happy Parents' Day!!

We celebrate both Mothers and Fathers as "Parents' Day".

We baked "Vegan Carrot & Apple cake" from scratch.

Put flour into a large bowl...

 Add grated carrots, apples, honey and olive oil...

Pour water...

Mix well...

And bake!!

We also prepared "Wrapping Paper", too.

Dip water color on folded Japanese rice paper (和紙）...

It is fun to see how paper absorbs paint...

 

Open the paper gently...

 

Each piece is unique...

 

Ready to give them to our parents!
